The thigh lift technique
2 incisions are possible: in the inguinal fold or a longitudinal incision in the thigh. Skin and fat are removed from the treated area. Surgery is performed under general anesthesia.

Recovery
Frequent cleaning of the scar, daily dressing changes if necessary, and wearing of compression garments (supplied). Early, progressive mobilization to promote circulation.

Complications
Bleeding, infection, poor healing, reduced skin sensitivity around scars, partial recurrence of skin laxity.

Preparing for surgery
Stop smoking, avoid blood thinning medication. Respect the fasting period and clean the skin well with an antiseptic soap.

What to watch for after surgery
Significant swelling, bleeding, fever, opening of the wound.
