Forehead lift/Brow Lift

  • The brow lift technique

There are several types: open or traditional surgery, (with an incision at the hairline or inside the hair), closed surgery, known as endoscopic, performed through 4 incisions of 1-2 cm each in the hair using a camera (endoscope). Medical assessment will determine which technique is best for the patient. The surgery is performed under a mild anaesthetic (sedation) and can be combined with other facial surgeries.

  • Recovery

Rest, keep head elevated. Follow the recommendations for dressings and scar treatment. Shower from the day after surgery. Limit physical effort during the first week to reduce bruising. Gradual return to activities and make-up after one week. Gradual resumption of physical exercise after 2 weeks.

  • Complications
